There is a small article in today's NY Times about Sukkot. A couple of things of note:
1. The first person interviewed builds his sukkah out of coke crates.
2. According to the Times, more and more people buy premade sukkot than build from scratch. On the one hand, it is probably more convenient to buy one. However, as one person said, buying one takes away from the experience of building it.

I reserve judgment until we live in our own house where we a place for a sukkah.
